Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GraphixFly's services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

GraphixFly provides AI-powered graphic design services including but not limited to:

• Social media post and story designs
• Logo and brand identity design
• YouTube thumbnails
• Flyer and banner design
• AI image generation
• Presentation design

3. Pricing and Payment

Our standard rate is $5 per design. Additional add-ons are available at the rates listed on our pricing page. Payment is required before design delivery. We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of receiving complete project requirements and payment. Express delivery (12 hours) is available as an add-on. GraphixFly is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or unclear client briefs.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one (1) free revision. Additional revisions are available at $2 each. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must be within the scope of the original brief.

6. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

Upon full payment, you receive a commercial license to use the delivered design for any legal commercial purpose. GraphixFly retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request confidentiality.

AI-generated designs may use publicly trained models. We do not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated elements, though the overall composition and design is unique to your order.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, photos, etc.)
• Not requesting designs that infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights
• Not requesting illegal, harmful, or offensive content

8. Refund Policy

We offer a refund if we are unable to deliver a design meeting your stated requirements after the free revision. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after delivery. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

GraphixFly's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through appropriate legal channels if necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
